EKYN SET TO TRAIN 30 EKITI -KWARA YOUTHS


The Ekiti-Kwara youth Navigators also known as EKYN set to train 30 youths from Ekiti local Government in Kwara State.


This innovation is driven by investing in the young people in the community. The innovattion will be categorize in three segments which are;

Agricultural* Mechanization*: this will improve agricultural techniques as well as helping the farmers in improve the sustainability of the entire agricultural system. We all know that agricultural mechanization has a major impact on demand and supply of farm labor, agricultural profitability, and can also help in economic application of engineering technology to increase the labor efficiency and productivity of farmers in the community.

The ultimate goal of investing in this Agricultural mechanization is to reduce labor. Increasing productivity by updating executive operations in order to gain more power, increasing the level of cultivated land, moving toward industrialization and strengthening the market for our rural economic growth and ultimately improving the livelihoods of our farmers in the community

2 *Technology:* One of the various goals of EKYN towards investing in the young ones is develop in technologically. We all utilize and rely on technology in our daily lives, and our technical requirements and demands continue to grow. The introduction of this education on technology is for our youth to explore in these areas;

*√Virtual social life.*

3.*Governance:* EKYN through her investing in the young ones beliefs that the power of youths in our Democracy and Governance can never underestimated due to this the association want all youths to contribute to the processes of governing, and practices through which issues of common concern are decided upon and regulated. We also want to invest in them so that the youths will manage public resources appropriately and be well guaranteed on the realisation of fundamental human rights.

In lieu to this EKYN urges Youths in Ekiti-Kwara local Government to register as this will be of highly advantage to the people and the community.

However, the criteria and the processes of the registration will be put to our notice once the organization set to kick-off the innovation.

Ekiti LGA National Health Fellow, Ogundele Kehinde, Engages Kwara Governor’s Special Adviser on Health on Primary Health Care Reforms

The National Health Fellow representing Ekiti Local Government Area in Kwara State, Rapheal Kehinde Ogundele, has engaged the Special Adviser to the Kwara State Governor on Health, Dr. Raji, in a strategic discussion focused on strengthening Primary Health Care (PHC) reforms and improving healthcare delivery at the grassroots level.
