Ekiti -Kwara Youth Navigators organized Menstrual Hygiene Awareness programme in colloboration with Well being foundation Africa and MOK Foundation*

 *  *Trains Ekiti -Kwara Girls on menstrual hygiene , Reusable pads usage and production* *Host menstrual Hygiene for Etan community Ekiti -Kwara local government* The Ekiti -Kwara Youth (EKYN), in collaboration with the Well-being Foundation Africa and MOK Foundation, recently organised a highly impactful Menstrual Hygiene Programme aimed at educating and empowering female students on menstrual hygiene. The programme was structured into three comprehensive training segments, providing hands-on experience in making menstrual pads. The first segment was facilitated by the esteemed Hajia Zainab Jimoh and Miss Roseline Chukwu from the Well-being Foundation Africa. Their expertise and engaging teaching methods laid a strong foundation for the students. The second segment was expertly conducted by Miss Omolara Alabi, whose insightful guidance further enhanced the students' understanding and skills in the production of menstrual hygiene pad.  We are thrilled to announce the menstrual hygiene Training in Ekiti kwara local government, Kwara state Nigeria ! This empowering  Initiave is educating and sensitizing Women and girls about menstrual hygiene management , providing vital information and Effective solution on menstrual hygiene . Menstrual health hygiene is essential to the well- being and empowerment of women with adolescent girls. On any given day, more than 300 million women are menstruating . To effectively manage their mensuration , girls and women require access to water , sanitation and hygiene (WASH) facilities , affordable and  appropriate menstrual hygiene materials, information on good  practices ,and a supportive environment where they can manage mensuration without embarrassment or stigma. The project is working to change this by providing women/girls with practical on how to make Reusable pads which can save women and girls from thousands of Naira  It's time to inspire change throug...
